The gloves went on when Hype! challenged DFM Clean’s prospective clients to “Take the DFM Clean glove test”.
The result was a win for DFM and a clean start every morning for their new customers. DFM have high standards in the cleaning industry and they had a story to tell. “OK we’ll come clean”, the copy read, “We’re not the cheapest, but good cleaning takes time”.
Hype! created a database marketing campaign that had people pulling on a pure white glove and stroking it across table tops and computer screens. The evidence was very clear – the Jackson impersonations were terrible, the glove went grey, and they reached for the phone. The offer was a complementary cleaning audit and cleaning schedule. The promise was, a workplace so clean every morning, you wouldn’t give it a second thought.
